Facility Rental Instructions

The facilities at Koinonia Church were provided through God's benevolence and by the sacrificial generosity of the Koinonia Church family. The church desires that its facilities be used in a way that brings God glory!

We are often able to make our facilities available to the community for community meetings, graduations, weddings, funerals, and much more. Non-profit and government organizations have used our facilities to train their staff and hold their annual business meetings. Our local high school has gathered all high school seniors for a day of ethics training.

We are excited to be a community center because we believe in Kings County!


Facility Use Information

We're pleased to offer our facilities for rental to church members and community members for various events, including funeral services. To maintain the quality of our services and support our team, we have designated blackout dates around Koinonia events and services.

For specific date inquiries, we recommend completing our Facility Use Application. Our events coordinator will then contact you to discuss availability and details.

Use the Facility Use Application to give us details about your request.

Please note: Events cannot be scheduled more than one year in advance and no less than three weeks from your desired date. There will be limited availability on holidays and weekends.

Rental rates for the public:

  • Main Auditorium — starts at $1,500
    Seats 900 (Auditorium Style) · Seats 400 (Round Tables & Chairs)
  • Learning Center Auditorium — starts at $1,000
    Seats 300 (Auditorium Style) · Seats 120 (Round Tables & Chairs)

We also have smaller rooms and classrooms available depending on your needs.

Once submitted, our event coordinator will confirm availability and cost. The date is only held upon receipt of the signed Rental Agreement and payment. Building use is subject to agreement with our Confession of Faith.

A ceremony is an important part of the healing process after losing a loved one. It is our desire to honor your loved one and care for you and your family. Our Pastoral Care team is available to provide support and assistance throughout the planning process.

Planning the details of a funeral can be overwhelming and we are ready to help you navigate this difficult season.

If you would like to book one of our auditoriums for the service, please fill out the Funeral Request Form and our Events Coordinator will call you and follow up.
